I want to help Covenant Care assist families living with the stress and hardships of Alzheimer’s and Hospice care - and I need your help. Would you consider supporting me and helping me reach my fundraising goal? Every dollar makes a difference!

As you may or may not know, my dad has Dementia. His mom/my grandmother, America, passed with Alzheimer’s; as well as my grandfather, one of my aunts and two uncles. So, this cause is very dear to my heart. Whatever you can give will help - it all adds up!

Three ways you can help:

1. Join the team - We need 25 to join to meet the team member goal. For every new team member you bring in, your name will go in a drawing for a Fall/Harvest Swag/Wreath.

2. Donate - Every bit helps and adds up quickly!  For every new member you bring in, that donates, your name goes in the hat for the Fall/Harvest Swag/Wreath a second time.
