We want to help Covenant Care assist families living with the stress and hardships of Alzheimer’s and Hospice care - and we need your help!

Three ways you can help:

1. Join the team - We need 25 to join to meet the team member goal. For every new team member you bring in, your name will go in a drawing for a Fall/Harvest Swag/Wreath.

2. Donate - Every bit helps and adds up quickly!  For every new member you bring in, that donates, your name goes in the hat for the Fall/Harvest Swag/Wreath a second time.
